Cancellation policy:

All bookings require a 20% deposit to hold dates.

• Cancellations 7+ days prior to the start date receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are charged 50% of the booking total.

• Early returns, shortened stays, or schedule changes after the booking begins are not eligible for refunds.

• No exceptions unless due to documented emergency and approved at my discretion.
